AQUATIC CENTER
A warm water therapy pool will be made accessible for patients. The pool will be equipped with special features where participants, taught by certified instructors, will learn adaptive aquatic techniques while developing their physical motor skills, and improving their circulation, strength, and flexibility. The pool may be paid for and operated by a private healthcare provider with experience in physical therapy and the operation of therapy pools. The therapy pool will have the following uses:
• Physical / occupational therapy as well as cognitive therapy programs
• Physically challenged swimming exercise
• Injury rehabilitation
